Payment/Entering Contract
1) The act of commissioning is agreement to all terms laid out.
2) Must be 18 or older.
3) Invoice method is used. I take payment up front. Much larger orders (several hundred dollars or more) can be split into payments, with payment scheduling negotiated.
4) Complex characters may be charged slightly more. Such as characters with lots of tattoos or intricate fur patterns and other complexities.
5) Must pay before any work is started. Invoiced through Paypal.
6) No Refunds on any projects already started.
7) Must have history of activity and/or previous commissioning. No accounts less than 6 months old. Will not work with blank/empty accounts, regardless of account age.
Extra charges
1) Extra charge may be applied to complex backgrounds and/or characters that go beyond the regular difficulty of a normal flat charge option. Character complexities include but not limited to extra limbs, tattoos, and complex coloring patterns. Scenery complexities include but not limited to, large cityscapes, dense background figures, and complex mechanical elements.
2) Alternate versions of a single image is also an option, but also come with an extra charge. Examples include but not limited to; alternate colors, naked and clothed variations, with and without cum/mess, and extra frames such as 'internal shots', etc.
3) Extra charge amount for any of these aspects will be determined on case-by-case basis.
Art creativity and ownership
1) I retain ownership of the commissioned piece to be used as examples, or in my own advertisements, post to other galleries or sites under my name.
2) I also retain ownership to use commissioned piece for commercial purposes including but not limited to; prints, art books, HD digital art packs, etc.
3) Buyer of course is free to post anywhere they would like under their own galleries and profiles they manage or own.
4) For certain pieces such as the themed commissions, I take creative liberty outside anything buyer specifies directly not to do, which will be asked before work is started. End result is not subject to refund if unsatisfied with results.
5) Commissioned pieces are not to be used in NFTs under any circumstances.
Will not do...
Vore, gore, cub, scat, taurs, bestiality, inflation, and some others.
Please ask if you are unsure about your subject matter.

Is there a granted permission to re-post the finished work on the commissioner's (your customer's) web page (e.g., FA page; other pages like DA & SoFurry), or must each such posting be cleared with you prior?
But to answer your question; the buyer/client I consider to own the piece as theirs. So they are very free to re-post and distribute as they please. They are even free to have it colored or finished themselves or by another artist as long as I'm still linked/credited as originating artist. They are free to do whatever they want with it besides further selling or making money from it privately or commercially.
As I evolve as a commissioning artist and this private venture, so will the TOS regarding client ownership. Maybe add or take away stipulations like re-selling or altering. But as it stands now, the buyer is free to post and distribute their piece from me, and even edit/alter within reason long as I'm still credited for the originating work.

: iudicium_86 icon : -> same deal, this way the name doesn't show as an option.
URLs you can just paste in, but if they are really long, do this using square brackets not curly braces:
{url=the_long_url_starting_with_http}Short Name{/url} -> FA
Other secrets are in the main FA help system.
