Terms of Serivce 2018:
Hello.
If you are planning to commission me – please take a moment and read the following TOS carefully.
General:
- I do not permit using art created by me (both private art and art done for other people) for NFT or other cryptocurrency purposes.
- I do not permit using art created by me (both private art and art done for other people) for AI generation purposes.
- By commissioning an adult themed picture, You acknowledge that you are legally adult. If you don't meet that requirement – please refrain from doing so.
- In case I am asked to draw another persons character / idea (for example being asked to “draw the same thing as in this picture”) – I would ask you to consult it beforehand with the said person to avoid any misunderstandings or tensions.
- If I receive a commission request from an account that contains no information / content, has been created recently or seems suspicious – I might turn down such a request.
- If I receive a commission request from an account that contains offensive content or imagery – I will turn down such a request.
- In a situation where the idea for a picture presented is outside of the themes I usually work on, is offensive or will be used in a manner I find not appropriate or offensive – I will turn down such a request. Please read further bellow for more info.
- I prefer not to work with deadlines. While I try my best to work effectively and as quick as the situation allows me – personally I prefer to have a more open time schedule. If informed early enough and left with a comfortable amount of time to complete the picture – I can accept such a request in some cases (depending on the deadline itself and current workload).
- Once the picture is complete and approved as satisfying by you, I will post it online in one or more or my galleries. I will mention you and the characters appearing in it. If you would prefer to stay anonymous – please let me know beforehand. If you do not wish the picture to be posted at all / would prefer to keep it private – please mention that as soon as possible.
- If you're the person who commissioned the picture - please feel free to post the said artwork as well. I will be grateful for posting a credit / link to one of my profiles / galleries online or the original post with the picture.
- If you didn't commission the picture - please do not repost it.
- I would be grateful not to edit or modify the picture. Please contact me if you would like such a thing.
- By commissioning me you accept that the art piece received is for non-profit, personal use.
Pricing:
- Please treat the prices on my price sheet more as a general guidelines. Ideas and characters tend to vary from each other and I do try to adjust the prices to each individual pictures. After discussing the idea I will openly discuss the price of the picture and give a breakdown of all the elements included.
- The price is always discussed before the invoice is sent and the work on the picture is started. Also both sides have to agree on the price before it is accepted.
Payment:
- I accept PayPal only.
- I use invoices. Please do not send any payments directly or without contacting me first.
- I do ask for payment in advance. In case the commission price is higher (for example 200$ or so) it's possible to send 50% of the payment in advance and the other half after completion of the work – after discussing it first.
Refunds and canceling:
- I try to avoid refunds. Once commissioned and paid I consider that the person interested has evaluated their financial situation and feels stable with it for the near future. If you have a feeling that you might suddenly need that cash for something more important, an emergency situation might be on the way or you don't feel 100% sure about if for other reasons – please take some time to think about it.
- While in some dire cases and after discussing it a refund might be possible – it will be a partial one depending on how advance the progress of work on the picture is. Once I start working on the picture – the work and time put into it can't be returned.
- If for some reason you would like to cancel a commission (after discussing it and before the payment) – please send me a note as soon as possible. No reason or explanation is needed. The quicker it's done, the more grateful I will be. However please consider that if such a situation keeps repeating itself – I might have to put a higher priority on other potential requests in the future.
Themes I work on:
By general rule I prefer working on ideas and themes I find enjoyable. Simply put – I find that by doing so the end result will be better and more of a personal project. Working on something that I don't understand or feel detached from would turn the art process into more of a chore and joy.
Here's general list of themes and types of art I will and won't work on:
Themes I will draw:
- Both Clean and Adult themed art
- Rubber / Latex
- Transformation
- Hypnosis
- Bondage
- Fantasy
- Sci-Fi
Types of art I will work on:
- Single pictures
- Sequences
- Reference Sheets
- Badges / Headshots
Things I will not draw:
- Underage characters
- Babyfur
- Gore / Death / Suffering
- Hyper
- Scat / Vomit
- Pregnancy
- Asphyxiation
- Incest
- Copyrighted characters
I will systematically update the above list in case something new clarifies. If you would have questions regarding your idea or things I haven't mentioned – please feel free to contact me.
Again – I do not wish to discriminate anyone here. Those are just my personal preference.
Work process:
- The first step in any type of picture, whether it will be a traditional or digital one, is the loose pencil sketch. The purpose of this stage is to make sure I fully understood the idea and layout of the picture and that all important elements have been included (like anatomy, body proportions, style, etc). It is more than possible to modify and adjust the idea at this point. In case of pencil picture – this is the last moment to apply any drastic modifications. Once I start refining the pencil sketch – it won't be possible to change it later.
- After that I will begin working further and refining the picture. I will provide WIP pictures on stages such as lineart, flat colors and later details.
- Please keep in mind that while some small changes might be possible on later stages, I would be grateful to clarify everything as early as possible. Major changes might simply be applicable near the completion of the process.
I will be updating the TOS to make it more clear and understandable, or to add things I did miss.
If you have any questions – please feel free to contact me. I will try my best to provide information and clarify everything.
