Posted 8 months agoI'd like to preface this by saying I typically despise venting online but I guess it's better than leaving you people on ice so here goes.
Additionally, I'm not trying to gain anyone's attention or pity by saying this. I'm just giving you the raw facts, do as you please with them.
Lately I've been suffering from depressive episodes of varying intensity, and very recently they've become serious enough for me to consider taking my own life. I feel as though in the past few years, nothing has been turning out right for me; among other things, I work an unsatisfying job and make less money than even most porn artists do (~1200 euro a month), my writing never really took off and, to put it bluntly, everything in my life is just a giant steaming load of shit while others around me are successful and happy.
Vent session aside, after careful thinking, I've made the hard decision to put all of my ongoing and future writing projects on hold until further notice. This also means I cancelled all of the commissions in my work queue and refunded my to-be-commissioners.
I'm sorry to have disappointed those who were excited to get a story from me or were planning to commission me in the near future. I guess I'm just not good enough.

Cutting comm prices
Posted 9 months agoAfter a short bit of thinking and a discussion with my Discord server, I've decided to lower comm prices from $30 to $25 per a thousand words permanently.
Not to be putting myself down or anything here but charging $30/1k words was kind of a highway robbery for someone with just 500 followers on twitter and slightly less watchers on FA, lol. Hopefully this more modest pricing will be a bit more appropriate.

Posted 12 months agoAfter over 4 months, the time has come to call off my hiatus and announce my return to writing!
Comms are now open to everyone, however I must also announce that I will not be doing art trades until further notice due to personal preference. Nevermind! Trades are open again, so feel free to go wild!
Also note that as I haven't graduated yet, I will still have school and exams to worry about - so until the end of May, expect me to work at a reduced rate/efficiency compared to before my hiatus.

(upcoming) Hiatus
Posted a year agoAfter the story I'm working on currently is finished and posted, I'll be going on hiatus until late May or so.
Most of you who know me more personally already know about this, but I guess it only makes sense I put this up in a more public place - don't wanna end up suddenly disappearing and pissing my entire audience off, after all. I'll still be faving and commenting stuff, I'll still be replying to notes and Discord messages, maybe I'll even post any overdue art I receive in the meantime - what I mean to say is, I'm not taking a break from the Internet entirely - but no writing's gonna happen until then.
Why? My final exams are going to happen in early-mid May, and I'd like to have some extra studying time so I can write them well, not to mention have one thing less to worry about. This isn't to say this writing gig gives me nothing but stress, of course, but I'm already busting ass to the point of barely dodging burnout - so I hope you all understand my choice to step into the shadows for a few months.
The last thing I wanna say here is that I'm sorry to anyone who's been waiting to get a story from me and I hope I don't end up getting forgotten about while I'm gone.Comms closed!

Posted 2 years agoSo, the new FA policy came into life and... who would've thought, nothing fucking happened!
...Okay, I'm done being Mr. Told Ya So. It's beside the point, anyway.What I really wanna talk about here is this cycle furries really love of "be scared Big Bad Thing is gonna happen > nothing happens > one or two weeks of calm > furries find new Big Bad Thing to be scared of > rinse and repeat". I don't know how nobody I've spoken to seems to have picked up on it yet but we've been doing the same exact thing for like a few years now and it never amounts to anything apart from people being constantly in fear of the next Big Bad Thing happening.
Think back to when PayPal was changing its policy and people were scared they'd get charged a ton of cash over furry porn comms, or when FA lowered its resolution limits, or when Musk first took over Twitter and everyone was afraid the site would just suddenly cease to exist. It's the same exact story, over and over again like some sort of Groundhog Day.
That's all I really wanted to say. I'm just sick of people doing the exact same shit, constantly shitting their pants and thinking that "this new Big Bad Thing is gonna be the break from the mold and it's really gonna happen". It's just dumb, and again I simply cannot fathom why nobody seems to have caught onto it yet.
FA policy update

Anyways, I’m just chiming in to say I’m in support of the new and much needed FA policy, even if it was a bit poorly written at first, and will be staying here along with my writing and full set of OCs. Don’t expect to see me anywhere near Cheese Pizza Central Inkbunny anytime soon.
By the way, kinda funny how some people torched upwards of 90% of their gallery only to realize they didn’t have to after the FA staff reiterated some things. Acting before thinking at its finest lol, wouldn’t expect anything less from my fellow furs.

Posted 2 years agoAs you may have noticed, I haven’t written much recently.
I know many of you are waiting for their comms, trades, or simply wanna see more work from me, but unfortunately my writing pace has slowed down to a crawl for one pretty big reason.
I have an internship now, until late June at least, and in addition I managed to overdose on caffeine last Friday, which may not have been enough to land me in the ER or anything but it did put me out of commission for the weekend.
That being said, I’ll try to dedicate at least some of my time to writing after work from here on out. I may not write as much as I did earlier for obvious reasons, but at least it’ll be better than my writing (or lack thereof) as of now anyways.New thumbnail for Mooder story

After a ~2 month hiatus to catch up with personal stuff and school, I'm happy to announce that I'm back in business and my comms are open again.
I don't want to be creating fake scarcity here (I'm not Supreme after all, lol), but because of me already having some stuff in my work queue I'm only opening three slots for now - one of which is already reserved for a friend, leaving two story comms to claim.
One of the two got reserved already, so there's only one spot left now!
Please note that my TOS has went through a couple of (rather large) updates in the meantime, so I would highly suggest you give it another look before you pull the trigger.
Also note that due to raising prices in my country (hooray for crises!) I have raised my prices - now, my writing is priced at $20 for 1 thousand words.
