Terms of Service

General Information
I accept commission information to be send to my email; Lvschubert[at]hotmail.com , Notes are okay to!
I accept all kind of species, but i have my good and bad sides. Always not me before commissioning me.
I do draw clothes, but only simple clothes. dont ask me to draw a full set of armor or a suit.
I always give you a sketch WIP, when you have given me the okay i will finalise the piece and if you want to know the progress, just note me.
If you can't provide good reference, please dont expect me to guess how your character looks.
I will adjust everything in sketch to your wishes, but if you want changes between the ''okay'' and finalised piece expect a extra fee.

Payment
Payments are only accepted before any work has begun.
Paypal only, no e-checks. If so? commission gets canceld.
Payment is due within 48 hours max. If not your spot gets lost and you need to wait until i open again.
A payment plan is possible (only with the detailed shade pieces) Note me about it if needed and we can make a agrement.

Refunds
In the most situations a refund is not possible.
When not started on the commission you will be fully refunded, but if i allready started with your piece, no refund is possible.
refunds are only possible in extreem situations.
these situation can be;
-Me not being able to draw anymore
-Commissioner being extremely rude or shows inappropriate behavior

deadlines
I can't take deadline because I'm still a student with a job and i can't promise people things that i can't forfill.
I also can't promise you a excact date of when your commission will be finished because i also fill in my free time with other things like visiting familly or friends or festifals and vacations.
So please don't expect you commission to be finished with in a few days. You can always ask for a update and i can tell/show you what the progress is.

what i will draw
- all kind of species from fantasy to just canine or feline, but always ask if i'm able to draw it. I'm not fully aware of all the species and haven't drawn everything yet

what i will ''not''draw
-Nsfw
- babyfur/kids/cubs or anything youthfull
- daipers
- watersports
- gore
- vore
- detailed background (I totally fail in backgrounds so i wont accept them until i'm comfertable with drawing them)
- clothing like suits or costumes, will draw lingerie

commission queue
When taking commissions I will have a drawing queue.
I will finish the commissions in order of payment, so if your second with your comment and you pay first your commission will be drawn first.
If you are at the bottom of the queue please be patient and don't push me, this will demotivate and stress me out, this can result to longer waiting times.

Please let me know it!
Don't claim stuff that i haven't or have done to your wishes with out first asking me about it.
I have tried to give you all the anwsers to the possible questions that i could think of.
