Mostly because I think right now 'behind' the subject lighting is confusing the absolute heckie out of me, and your painting is SO ridiculously smooth oh wow -w-!

Hehehe go for it. And yea the smooth painting seems to be my own particular style. I've received a few comments on that so i'm not bothering to change it ^^ [despite wanting more solid stuffs =<]
