That looks both bizarre and strangely creepy. Where is the text from?

A quick Google search returned "Summa S. Thomae hodiernis academiarum moribus accommodata sive Cursus theologiae" by Charles Rene Billuart. But that's 18th century print, not a Medieval script :)

Heh, well, close enough :P Found it as free texture online and didn't look up from where/when it's from. Mea culpa. :)

Try to look up and perhaps find an English version of "Physiologus". You might find it inspirational (how people in Middle Ages saw animals). An interesting and weird read :)

Unfortunately, so many still see foxes in the manner of the savages that wrote it.
