SkyWatchers are kemonomimis (people with animal ears and tails) who have a sky shown on their eyes - living and moving images that constantly change - it shows sky from the time and place that they were born. SkyWatchers are magical creatures, very powerful on specific time of day, and on specific weather. Weak at other times....
To keep their magical powers when sky isn't favorable for them they wear clothes made from special cloth that shows the same images as their eyes.
