The PSD includes a locked lineart and base colour layer, highlight layer, shading layer and background layer for easy colouring :D
If you want to use this as an icon, you will need to resize once you're finished - after the image has been resized I would recommend the filter option > Sharpen > sharpen , this makes the icon a little less fuzzy after resizing ^^
