Drawn. The hair seems to cause many problems for this picture, making the forehead looks like it slopes upward and it's mass and placement making the ears look off and making her look like no back of the head is present. As far as a colour goes it's okay except for the hair seeming to make light sources jump everywhere.
Looking over it again it's not that good compared to some of the other things you've drawn before, but it does have it's merits, like proportion and placement being quite right. So don't feel bad about this, because you're very capable of doing better (and you have).

you know what the funny part is... As far as this one went it was the first one i doodled on the page and I actually thought it was the best Ive done as far as muzzle placement and keeping it all in line XD!!!
but now that you pointed out the mistakes I can actually see them all and I can tell where I goofed it up now.
The entire trial and error thing I was going for with the head series was I'm attempting to make heads or more so anthro faces in a bit more of a realistic style while trying to keep my own in a way. Its a massive trial and error but this is the only way to actually improve, to take those risks and go with it!
