This is a character that I got the idea of after just seeing this image.
The image is nothing more then a random doodle that Dutch made for fun, but when I saw it I saw something more. I saw a funny and interesting character that could be used for many great situations.
I asked Dutch if I could take her and use her as a part of my colourful cast, and he said yes as soon as I let people know that he is the one credited as the drawer of this. (It was so generous of him to let me have her. )

Now also with an image of her anthro form!

So with that told I would like to give you a backstory about her.
This is a fat female Chihuahua named Whitney Awa Henriksen, but she likes to call herself Wa-Wa for short as her stage name, and she is working full time as a professional stand up comedian.
She was born and raised as any ordinary dog except for one thing, her weight. She was already very fat as a pup, and often got bullied a lots by other pups because of her condition. All the mean things they said only made her want to stay inside and eat more, which only lead to her being bullied more, which only lead to more eating, and so on, and so on.
When she was feeling at most sad her mother decided to take her to see a comedy show to try and make her happy. In this show was a elderly male dog that had only three legs (He had lost one of them in a traffic accident), and made lots of funny jokes about that. He made all kinds of jokes like "In racers I'm only worth three quarters of the bets!" or "I'll give my right hind leg for that.". Wa-Wa laughed at his jokes but also felt bad at the same time laughing at him missing one limb. But she saw how other dogs laughed at him, and how he just took it into him as something good, and that made her feel comfortable laughing as well.
After the show she asked her mother if she could get back-stage and talk to the limped dog, and she said yes. Once she meet him she told him that being laughed at herself for her weight she could never think about laughing at him at first, feeling it would be a really mean thing to do. He told her that he too had been in the same situation as her, being made fun of for being the only one three legged had made him feel bad too, but once he realized that he could take their "bad" laughter and turn it into "good" laughter he thought he could use his disadvantage to his own advantage. He asked her to tell him a joke about her weight, and even thought her mother thought it was very rude of him to force her daughter into doing something like that she decided to do it, and gave him her best try. After telling a joke that she just managed to make up on the spot the three legged dog was quiet for a moment, and then bursted out laughing out loud at it. Feeling how his laugher worked as adrenaline to her she immediately gave him another joke, and then another one, and then another one.
It didn't take long for other comedy act sitting next to them to also get involved in the act, and once they heard one joke from her they too where laughing uncontrollably. Even her own mother found her funny side after a while and was just so happy to see her daughter being happy herself. Once she finally felt that she had run out of jokes to tell the three legged dog told her that she had a great potential to become a "big" name in the business, and that she could always use comedy as a way to make her feel better about herself.
And since then she has been a hardworking stand up comedian that shows that no matter what others might think about your looks, you yourself is the one that makes the final choice.
She has a very joke filled attitude, (Both on stage and in private.) and she LOVES to pull prank and tell jokes. (Often using her own fatness as a source.) She also is a very "down to earth" dog, not being as full of herself like many other celebrities.
Just to let you know she can go on a diet and loose her weight if she wants, but she don't want to do it. (No only because it would take away a big part of her act, but she herself has also been living this way pretty much all of her whole life, and taking it away would make her feel like a completely different dog.) Her fat is pretty much part of her. (Both symbolically and physically.)
In this image she is doing her main trick, that is putting on a bowler hat, and pulling of a perfect impersonation of a male English Bulldog. (She even manages to sound like one, and even giving it a nice British accent.)
Image was once again drawn by the really great artist named Dutch, and I am going to see if I can find someone that would want to make an image of her in anthro form.

This is such a cute character and I love her personality, great job on her!
Glad you also liked it.
I fell in love with her immediately when I saw the sketch Dutch had made, and he in return was so kind to let me have her.
