I'm really mad at myself because the effect was a complete accident and I have no idea how to replicate it Q___Q
If I still have the PSD file, Ill try picking it apart later and figuring out the steps I took. I know part of it was duplicating the lineart and blurring it, as well as adding a 'rust' texture to the entire image.
