Perhaps Ms. Owlette is merely allowing the Mouse a better look at the book? I could understand how awkward it would be to have that little Mouse atop your breasts. It may have ended up in a bad place. Certainly that is the Context of this wonderful picture!
Beautiful as always, Ms. Owlette. I am a big fan of your work and hope to meet you (In Rp) some day. ^_^

I was forced to read it for school... I know it's entirely subjective, but for me it was the literary equivalent of watching paint dry haha. What made it worse was that I transferred into the AP english course, the high level one, halfway through the year after they had already read this book... The teacher promised me it would be included in the exam, so I forced my way through it. Turns out, it wasn't even mentioned, so I read it for nothing.
Still better than Catcher in the Rye though!

All I can think of is the old Calvin & Hobbes strip where Calvin has been transmogrified into an owl and Hobbes makes some crack about how he could never eat a mouse raw, because their little feet would be really cold going down! But I suppose that River, having been born to it, may take a different view of things.
I'm not normally a fan of vore, but this is a lovely picture and the expression on the poor mouse's face is just priceless. I can just imagine that he wants to at least be able to get to the end of the chapter before being swallowed! The art is just gorgeous, too, and the detail work on fur and fathers are really beautiful.
I haven't read Jane Eyre since I was in high school, some twenty years ago now, but I do remember rather enjoying it, even if the opening chapters were, as I recall, rather grim. I should see if my local library has a copy, for nostalgia's sake.

Haha! I imagine she's acquired a taste for those cold little wiggling feets. She enjoys all sorts of snacks, but a nice mouse is always a favorite. :P
Jane Eyre is one of my favorite books! So when I was asked to put a title on the book it's all I could think of. ^^ I actually haven't reread it in a few years, I should do that again soon. <3
Thanks so much for the comment!
