Apologies for what has been a bit of a delay in recent work - let me try to make it up to you.
Kristofferson is a character in the Fantastic Mr Fox film, and is without doubt the cutest thing in the film. So this little chirpy piece is dedicated to him, with a slightly similar opening to the movie itself. It's not the most technically challenging piece I've ever made, nor is it the most complicated, nor the most structurally complex. But it's happy music, and I hope you enjoy it.
Consists of: Piano, glockenspiel, xylophone, clarinets, flutes, viola, violins, cello, bells, chimes, drums.
Don't forget that my debut album Postcards is out and can be purchased for $10 HERE (or $13 for a delightful physical copy) and each track can be previewed HERE.
Thanks for listening! I hope you enjoy it. ^^

Thanks Smirnoff! ^^ Glad I managed to portray him successfully! ^.^
Well, how couldn't you? Your eyes were glued to the screen whenever he was on XD
This sounds like ''Il est né", a French Christmas carol. I can picture the music going to the character though, so well played. I might have been tempted to bring in some soft, cute-factor strings-only section in the middle, you know, where you'd go ''awwwwwwww!" but hey.
Il est né, le divin enfant
+1
But this is good anyway. equium know how to put childhood and innocence in his pieces.
Does my sentence make sense?

Yes, it works. It's not bad English, though I might have said instead "Equium knows how to convey connotations or feelings of childhood and innocence in his pieces." ^^
Yea, make it nice and simple, Kuga. :P Simply: "Equium knows how to put feelings of childhood and innocence..."
Still, either or. And very kind words from you both. ^^ Listened to Il Est Né; can hear a slight resemblance, mostly thanks to those clarinets. ^^

I admit, it's very hard for me not to write something kinda long-winded. I'm extremely bad at it. I mean, look at the size of this comment already. I was discussing this at uni today - I just kinda...have a habit of being... sophisticated when I use the written word.
Awr, fantastic! Thanks for listening and favouriting, very much appreciated!
Glad it bought a smile to your maw. ^^ I aim to please.

Glad you enjoyed the tune - and the movie was pretty awesome, wasn't it? ^.^ For various obvious reasons.
Thanks for faving!
Thanks for faving!
Welcome!
Yeah, I'm obsessed with the film. I saw it three times in theaters, bought the novel, bought a book about how they made the film, just ordered an Ash t-shirt online, and I have an original print 40" x 27" inch poster hanging up in my room.

I must have heard this before since I had it favorited, but my memory sucks. I just listened to it and it was like I heard this piece for the first time. That is absolutely lovely! It's fun, very melodic, has a wonderful rhythm, and a great warmth when the lower notes come in to accompany the high ones. I'm greatly looking forward to hearing this orchestrated! *huggles*
Ho, I wouldn't go that far. XD
But thanks for listening and faving! ^.^

Is it too late to praise something that is 6 years old? Because this is pretty spot on to what you tried to do.
Not at all! I'm amazed people still find it and it still gets a listen! Thanks for the kind words, always nice to hear. :)
