A dragonman with no wings! Well, he can still breathe fire
This was done as a practice/experiment for drawing a picture using the standard techniques of starting with a stick figure, making balls for the hands feet head etc and fleshing it out from there (Normally I start with the chest muscles and build the body out from there)
This was also an experimentation with the layered flat cartoon style shading. I think I got it down, all but the "hilite" layer, which looks a little strange on the pecs.
And a simple crappy background thrown in, cause I don't do backgrounds much but it would have looked strange without one
Anyways, loincloth! With underlining!

I was going to say that the coloring make him look as if he's rubberized.
Beefy, looks like he's ready to rip someone in half like a phonebook.
I order him to be bound and gagged in a straitjacket and put in a padded cell.
Nice pic! I think the pose turned out well, the only thing I'd nitpick is that the musculature of the legs looks a little odd - but that could be just me, I'm no master of anatomy.
I'd like to second the "bound and gagged in a straitjacket" idea, though.
