Below is my Terms of Service
OVERVIEW OF PROCESS
1. Work will begin after payment.
2. Depending on commission, the work will have a blocking, sketch, lineart, color, and shading phase.
3. You will receive WIPs in each phase for feedback.
4. Turnaround time after payment is generally within a couple weeks. You will be informed if a piece will take longer.
5. If you have any specific requests, such as deadlines, let me know as early as possible.
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
1. Done via PayPal invoices.
2. Payments are upfront but can pay by phase if desired.
3. Refunds only given on work not done.
4. Once the piece is completed and given, no refunds.
REVISION POLICY
1. Major changes/additions, such as a change in posing, are free during blocking and sketch phases only.
2. Adjustments during and after the lineart phase are acceptable as long they are small. Fees apply if significant adjustments are requested.
3. Color changes are free and acceptable during color and shading phases.
4. Please be decisive. Excessive change requests will lead to extra fees.
5. After commission is completed, you have up to three months to request any desired edits with the greatest degree of freedom (fees will apply).
6. Native format files are deleted sometimes after three months, so any changes requested after this period of time may be limited to abilities such as color, small fixes, or photo manipulations (again, fees will apply).
RIGHTS TO CLIENT
These rules only apply to the clients who commissioned the piece. If you did not commission the piece, please do not use the piece without their permission.
1. You may upload and/or share with a`ttribution.
2. You may remix the piece.
3. Noncommercial use only — if you wish to commercialize the piece, discuss with me.
4. You may request to have the piece private.
5. I do not own the characters or concepts I create on your behalf. If you have me create a new character or concept, you own the rights to them.
6. I may use the piece as examples for commission pricing (unless you asked it to be private).
