Drawing to help you fall asleep is a good idea. Tire out the mind and then be able to rest with fun thoughts leading you into whatever dreams you may have. :)

I do have some emojis of things I like for decoration on my submission footer. I don't usually add emojis because I post art from my computer and it's kinda complicated to add emojis from pc, but sometimes I edit stuff from my phone haha. And yeah, drawing before bed is super effective for me, I think because I can be really hyper and taking the time to just focus on drawing is really calming and tiring lol.
