This actually happened to me once, I was younger, ordered a case of goodnites online. . . A case for the other gender. (Wasn't out as trans yet) And they came in just the goodnites case same as the ones on the store shelves with the picture of the pants and everything. My dad was t he one that answered the door when it was delivered. Never ordered a case of diapers from Target ever again.
Who knows? Maybe she'll grow to like the embarrassment and will start doing other foalish things at the risk of being caught. It'll probably start small with a diaper under a dress but she'll eventually go full lifestyle adult foal and wander down the streets in just a diaper, high on the thrill of everypony seeing what a little filly she is in her adorable diapers. lol
Ah i didn't know it was her first time trying them in general. I thought it was her first from that supplier and experiencing public embarrassment about it. If it's her first time I imagine she'll have to see if she prefers wearing them herself or just prefers seeing others in them. I was part of the later but from what I've seen those who like wearing them seem to go full baby as they continue to push their limits over time.

I don't know what the people who pack them are thinking, but no one wants their neighbors to see what they've ordered. and above all, they don't want their neighbors or strangers to know that they're wearing or have to wear diapers for fun.
for many people, it's just perverse when an adult under the age of 80 wears diapers, or wears them for no medical reason. and i find that sad.

Reminds of the time when I brought diapers for myself back in high school off of eBay and when my dad found them in the package he screamed at me and beat the shit out of me.
