Well, "Tyrant" because Aladar is just Solgaleo's mate/pet, but you can say he gets more than a say in things.

So, these two.
The evil AU of Aladar and Solgaleo.

In this AU, most legendary pokemon were tyrants who ruled with an iron fist with no regards for their people.
A long time ago, they were sealed away by unknown forces, and such, the pokemon of the land as well as the few legendries that cared for the people did their best to take on the rolls of maintaining the land.

It was an era of peace, until one of the legendries managed to regain consciousness despite being sealed.

Solgaleo.

Solgaleo was one of the more dangerous legendries out there.
The Psychic legendries were not only the smartest, but also the ones who were able to manipulate and take control of anything from the background without anyone noticing.

Solgaleo's powers may have been weak in his seal, but he still had the ability to reach out to pretty much anyone he wanted. However, it wouldn't do him much good because there were too many "goodie two-shoes" in the world, and if he reached out to wrong person, that could result in someone coming to adjust his seal and silence him for good.

So he began his search for someone who could assist him to hopefully free him.

And he found someone of interest; a young delinquent named Aladar.

Aladar interested him not only because he was an abnormally colored Zangoose, but also because of the conversation the Zangoose had with an Incineroar.

The Incineroar was going on about how he was trying to save the Zangoose before he did something that could get him serious trouble, but Aladar wasn't having any of it.

Aladar seemed to hate just about everyone, so Solgaleo knew that he was the best bet.

The following night, Solgaleo wormed his way in Aladar's head, meeting him in his dreams.

Now Aladar wasn't one to taking orders in the slightest, but something about Solgaleo made him feel something... Something no one else made him feel: Admiration.

After his introduction and a couple formalities, Solgaleo told Aladar his plight, promising him greatness and luxury in the world when him and his legendary brethren returned to their rightful place. Solgaleo was a bit surprised how easily Aladar agreed to help him, seeing how much of a delinquent the Zangoose was.

Though it was a little bit on the obvious side that Aladar might have been a little enamored for the lion, seeing how he knew quite a bit of the Zangoose after digging through his mind before talking to him.

The little flirting he did might have had a bit more of an impact than he thought.

The next morning, Aladar woke up, thinking that it was all just a dream, but to his surprise, Solgaleo was still talking to him in his mind.

Over the next few weeks, Solgaleo executed him master plan, and Aladar did everything the lion ordered him to; from stealing documents, infiltrating forbidden areas, and even setting a few on fire.

With one final explosion, Solgaleo had been freed from his icy prison, and after that, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Being able to take part in the dirty work himself made freeing his brethren easier, and with each legendary freed, the power the people had diminished significantly.

With the legendries back, Solgaleo now sits on his rightful throne. With Aladar on his lap and the strongest in Alola now brainwashed and controlled, he looks down upon everyone as they serve him and his beautiful Zangoose.

An era of darkness begins once again. With Entei now dead and a prized shoulder piece (The one who sealed him away), there was no one to stop him and his brothers.

Will there ever be peace again? Who knows, but until then, it was time to humanity to pay the price of sealing him away, and he was going to savor every moment of it.
