Despite rarely travelling outside the base, even SH-163 needs to have maintenance performed on it regularly. Unfortunately that software bug it has means it has to be restrained so it doesn't cause an accident trying to get away.

This is actually really adorable... and evil~<3 Instead of trying to find and fix that "software bug", you can just restrain the legs and then you can take your time cleaning the defiant mech to your heart's content! Certainly seems like a much more simple and easy solution!
