As someone who has had a service dog, may I ask if you take them into stores with you? Cause if so, you need to change the gear to service dog and not an ESA, emotional support animals aren't the same ^^"

I am aware, and in fact I initially planned to try and receive a service dog - however, after talking with my health provider(s) they recommended I go the emotional support route instead (this may in part be due to the state I live in, Ohio is quite lenient regarding these laws according to my knowledge). I do understand your concern, and appreciate you kindly reaching out~ I hope this helps answer your question ahhh ^.=.^
