"Well, well! Seems they really did teach you a thing or two at that pompous finishing school. You don't really believe that, though, do you?"
"Hmm.. maybe a little." She said, a slight smile playing at her lips.

It's my interest in historical sword fighting speaking but now I really want to see Vygo dueling someone with a Victorian era cavalry sabre and Indrys with a Rapier or fencing blade of some kind in this style of AU, or would Indrys be the 'practical' one who brings a pistol to a sword fight?
Hmmm I can totally see this happening! Vygo would want to practice with swords, and Indrys wouldn't stay behind him! It's not ladylike for women to do these things, but no one tames Indrys and Vygo likes her like that . ;)
I'll need to research more on gun usage during this period for inspiration! I use the term "Victorian" as an umbrella term because the period this story is set in is not based on a single specific History period, but a mix of things I like!
