It is regrettable to say,
That the deer was quite rude and not okay.
To eat the pastries you worked so hard to bake,
All eaten by an intruder for goodness sake.
However, it does seem.
That the deer enjoys them all as we can gleam.
The cabin unfortunately is not in good shape.
It's logs and pieces littered around the fatty scape.
But do not be sad about the loss,
I am sure the deer has a bone to toss.
They can serve you both in a way,
To keep you and Big Gritz warm on their belly on which you'll lay.
And for sure that is a chance,
That the furnace might still be okay if you'll venture a surrounding glance.
So maybe more patries shall be made,
For Big Gritz to nom and his hunger to be sate.
But I guess that shall be for another one,
And for this sequence page the ending has come.
So not it is to say goodbye and thank you,
To the lil Gritzy, who we always love so very true.
