Maleatur is an industrial metropolis on the Arctic Ocean coast that Nethermane has chosen for the head-office of his company, not least because its arctic climate makes the administration [appointed by the city's joint-stock company] more willing to consider deals to equip the infrastructure with autonomous generators and thermal banks, which are more attractive to some than their overwhelmed and outdating power grid [which he is happy to undermine even further]. In exchange for more lucrative future contracts, he has also negotiated additional investment from the administrative fund to develop his manufacturing capabilities within the city's borders. Shortly after Solemtesk was formed, Nether left his daily tasks in the Department of Innovation to his deputy, Marcel Montezuma.
Like many cities like it, Maleatur was once a closed object of the Agency on territories it owned or leased from neighboring states to house its production facilities and anthromorph populations. Here, the most diverse types of mining and processing enterprises, as well as factories for assembling various equipment and machines, are closely intertwined.
The struggle for ownership of Befalund property has not ceased since its disbandment, and with the abolition of the secrecy of anthromorphs, human organizations began to actively become involved in it too. Soon, the network of corporate enclaves scattered across the globe, due to various circumstances, became only a set of loosely interconnected entities.

This looks cool
Somewhat distinctive from usual skyscrapers of cyberpunk hell-world but with some recognizable elements
This is what could possibly exist if industrialism would never seize to grow and would make a perfect toxic couple with soulless corporate greed. Result - the hulking, depressing, insanely practical, abominable constructions yet marvel of industry. Endless mix of monoliths of facilities and pipes. Like if that would the artificial organism that spreads across the land like cancerous growth made for profit and harvesting.
Absolutely sick design. Highly reminds me heavy mix of Blade runner and a bit of designs from Alien universe (basically everything that Weyland ever build and overall aesthetics with overly practical forms and stuff)
Really cool

wah! thanku so much for such thorough comment! *v*
yea, cyberpunk, as far as i'm aware, is usually about using all those crazy techs, prosthetics, guns and vehicles, not about building them :D but idk much about the genre anyway so mb there are example of that somewhere.
also yea, the aesthetics i had in mind are somewhat a mixture between modern/sci-fi tech and monumental architecture of some mystical ancient civilisation. i'm still figuring out how to combine the two and make brutalistic buildings with industrial filling look organically yet uncanny and alien. btw yes, "alien" vibes are in my heart my whole life :D
