The world has changed dramatically since the introduction of Equestria to earth. And the even more shocking revelation that the two worlds had been universally set in a completely different scale physically, but the shock for that came later. No human expected the first sign of sentient alien life to be colorful talking horses, but hey, it was better than creepy green bug eyed humanoids that 50’s Sci-Fi movies were keen on adapting. All throughout history, humanity has been reaching out across the stars with various radio signals and probes hoping to find some sign of intelligent life. They did not expect however, that they would be the ones contacted first.
The shock of humanity’s lives had come in the form of them getting their first contact from aliens. Not wanting to cause a scare, when Princess Celestia had used an old mirror designed by Starswirl for long distance communication, she pushed it a little too far, and ended up making contact with an alien race. Though she wisely kept communications between herself and Luna and the leaders of various nations from a world called Earth. They had communed back and forth for quite some time, each side getting to know about the other until time had finally come to make first contact. Que the very startling revelation on both sides when they realized that the ponies were significantly larger than either side had known. The idea that both worlds were on such different scales didn’t even cross their minds. But too late now, if they were trying to keep first contact with alien life hidden from the general public, there was absolutely no way that two hundreds of meter tall alicorns wouldn’t attract attention.
After assuring the poor frightened beings on earth that no, the end of times was not here, Celestia, Luna and a little time afterwards Cadance and Shining Armor made their way around the planet, using their colossal scale to their advantage as they met with and consoled with the humans on earth. The floodgates were now open, and it looked like they were all in the clear to visit Earth whenever they wanted.
Back in the present day, Princess Cadance was eagerly running back and forth around the palace’ royal bedroom, grabbing various knick-knacks and stuffing them into her saddlebags, giggling the entire time, much to the amusement of her husband Shining Armor who was looking on with a bemused smile “So, do you think you have enough stuff yet?” he asked.
“Nope! Not nearly enough!” Cadence replied as she magicked more items into her bags “I just need a few more things. The humans and I are going to have so much fun today!”
“What are you even doing with all of that stuff?” Shining asked, turning away momentarily to walk over to one of their bedside cabinets and open a drawer, rummaging around through it as he did.
“Well, the humans were pretty scared of us from the first time we went to Earth. I mean who can blame them, they’re so small that their entire civilizations look like a patch of grey moss to us. So, I’m bringing along a bunch of activities over to earth to play with them as a way to get to know them better and break the ice,” Cadence replied as she shoved an arts and crafts kit into her bag.
“That’s not a bad idea,” Shining replied, his back still turned as he was still calmly looking through the drawer “I heard the humans have a major sporting event going on called the world series. That was going to happen today so I thought I’d go and have a look.” At least Shining finally found what he was looking for; a magnifying glass, to which he grabbed and stuck it neatly into one of Cadance’s saddlebag.
“How did you do that? I’ve been trying to get all this stuff to fit in here forever!” Cadence asked with amazement.
Shining chuckled “Well, it helps to have several years of military training under your hoof. We had to learn how to pack our stuff efficiently all the time,”
Smirking, Cadence patted his back “Alright then, honey well done.” she giggled, fastening her saddlebags and making her way towards the door “Come on then, we must not keep the humans waiting!”
BOOOOOOOOM!!
A pair of country sized hooves, one pink and the other white stepped out of the gargantuan portal reaching far up into the sky as Princess Cadance and Shining Armor stepped through from Equestria and back onto Earth.
“I’ll never get used to that,” Shining was saying “It’s like stepping from one room to another but the next room per say is an entire new world,”
“Give it time, I’m sure we’ll get used to it eventually,” Cadence said before turning her attention towards the ground where millions of anxious eyes were looking up at the pair of pony titans “Hello again my little dears!”
If they were trying to reply to them, Cadence couldn’t make it out. Kind of hard to do so with millions of nearly microbe sized beings all talking at once and you were so high up.
Tentatively, Cadence walked over to a relatively secluded area and laid down, taking care to at least try and step as carefully as possible, before lowering herself down onto the ground, laying down and waiting for the humans to come to her. The humans might as well called her a living mountain, because Candance was still looming high above all of them in the area, even when lying down.
“Well, have fun dear,” Shining said, igniting his horn and fishing his magnifying glass out of the bag and over towards him, Cadence waving him goodbye as she watched her husband depart from the area. Shining Armor bodily stepping over entire cities and towns as he went until he finally found what he was looking for: The stadium that was hosting the world series.
Reaching down with his hoof, he easily tore into the earth like it was soft butter. The country CRACKED as Shining effortlessly picked up the entire city into the frog of his hoof. There it lay, no bigger than a single coin to him. Hundreds of tiny buildings and even thousands more of even tinier humans held in his grasp as he levitated his magnifying glass up to his eye and lifted up the puny little city up under it as well. His eye filled the sky, a warm and amused look within it as he focused on the speck sized people down in the stadium “Don’t mind me little ones, I just came to see the game with all of you!” he said happily. Needless to say, everyone was happy to see one of their giant new neighbors enjoying the world series alongside them.
Cadence meanwhile grinning as she held up her wing, letting the feathers splay as she watched a little contraption known as a plane fly between them. A contraption designed to carry lots of humans across vast distances of land. Cadence giggled and winked down at them, gently sticking out her tongue playfully at them. Thoughts of how much she wanted to improve Equestria’s relationship with humanity flowed through her, wanting to make as many new friends as possible.
“You little ones will be very easy to hug now!” she said joyfully, wanting nothing more than to scoop up as many humans as possible and give them a princess of love worthy hug. Her smile widened as she noticed a tiny crowd of people beginning to gather by her hoof, their fear of her colossal size completely gone as they all walked up to the giant alicorn. Cadence lowered her hoof down to them, watching them all climb up and onto her hoof.
“Well, looks like there’s hope for a friendship between our species after all,” she thought with a smile.

You do so well in presenting a steady relationship between beings of drastically different sizes, particularly with the MLP equivalent to the concept of megafurs. However I do have some concern regarding how you convey just what the difference in scale is. For example here you describe the Equestrians as averaging 200m tall, but their interactions with humanity imply a much more substantial size, something more along the lines of 200mi tall; mind you, in that case one would have to redress the nature of the human world in question.
Gotcha. Yeah I tend to keep my macro MLP stories around the PG to PG-13 rating. I don't really write death, gore, vore and all that. I really just keep with macro/micro and the occasional suggestive scene, some unaware, teasing, and whatever else can come to mind for an overall good story
