I was wondering if you were going to work on a Princess Luna model.

You did a wonderful job on her character, even the modeling of her royal shoes and collar. You really got her character colors down, I love the soft glow to her night blue hair.

I'm terribly curious about how you do the turnaround. Is that with After Effects, then? Do you know any tutorials for this type of thing?

hi, the rendering is done in zbrush with the "turntable plus" plugin. i use aftereffects for compositing (turning the separate images into a video and adding effects).

i'm sorry, but i don't have any tutorials that i could point you to - you will have to search for yourself

Lol, well, I have struggled for quite some time to make a good turn around. I'll have to check in with Zbrush or something. I do appreciate your time and response. I have considered getting AfterEffects...it really seems like a good program to get.

Hmmm, I'm not a big fan of the show, but I have to say I like the design on this gal.

The ponies are neat, but you should try a new challenge, and render up an Ursa Major.
