Well I just liked this Hub's new billboard, so I had some fun doing this small animation. And If you didn't get it, I didn't draw the banner. I Just animated it. And I also added Pinkamina.
Anyway, sorry for the low sound. And.... don't blink.... O___o

Yeah, I tend to spell the two differently, to distinguish..
Pinkamina = Cupcakes / Batshit-insane Pinkie!
Pinkamena = Depressed and crazy, but not nearly as bad as the above. (the canon one)
You wouldn't want to be alone with either one of them, however.. the second might not kill you, but she'll still haunt your nightmares and talk to inanimate objects..

Well, that and the official spelling is the second one (announced on DA prior to the episode Party of One and confirmed by Word of God as being from the actual production crew), so that's what I'd go by as the 'real' one versus the imagined version. Still, either variant gives her character a hell of a lot more depth then she had before that, not to mention giving one a lot more sympathy and understanding of her motivations.
Especially since there ARE plenty of people in reality whom will cover up their depression or a sad history by putting on a facade. It's pretty powerful, not to mention risky, of them to have done that in a show like this, really..

Now I'm off to start writing the screenplay for 'Ponygeist'. Hope i cann have it written by Halloween!

It's going to be a parody of the original 'Poltergeist' movies with a Ponyville flare so I hope it turns out to be pretty decent. It's going to be mopre a story than a screenplay, but all the elements of the movie will be there.
Now i just hope I can get it done and posted before Halloween! LOL

Your description said "don't blink" and in reference to Doctor Who, you never blink when looking at a weeping angel. (You can look up their story for more details.) Secondarily, Pinkie was quite saddened in Party of One so, it could fall more literal into the weeping part.
Actually, it's making fun of the forum it's linking to, along with the fact that people keep buying them avatars. SA sees this show as a pariah, and TFR is also seen as a bunch of crazy right-wingers, so...
Really, it's fucking hilarious if you get it. Tough-guy gun modders combined with cute Pony avatars undermine every post they make.
