A rare pikachu anthro that heard about the PRR through the grapevine, and impulsively joined. She is actually captain of the PRR's Damsel division, though acts more like a cheerleader if anything else. Her pikachu heritage leaves her always perky and hyperactive, though because of her usefulness during power shortages, has proved an invaluable ascet. She currently specializes in "status" related perils.
