I am slowly moving closer to my dad, in colville. by mid fall, I should have a "new" home there on either 4 or 8 acres, depending on which property I wind up with. and Ive made arrangements to board my pony till I can move in and set up the pasture for her. I will still have a presence in Spokane, as my duties in the gallery dictate, but past that, Im out of here. looking to set up a hobby and game shop there, as well as my art, and possibly doing part time somewhere to feed my vices...lol. ie art, pony and models. and food too...I really wanna get back to making good foods, cooking and so on. Im gonna get back into making kitchen utinsils from maple and cherry...they will be for sale, and carven furniture, and clocks, and whatever else strikes my fancy to build. and Im tired of not being able to get around to restoring my two old cars, I want the Skoda and the Z done in 2 years, or they go. heh...we'll see...lol. if yer coming here, I need notice so I can make sure Ill be around, Im keeping this house for now.
Thanks for the update! Sounds adventurous. I wish you much success.
If we come to visit, I'll be sure to handle the pre-visit communication. The mouse forgets to call people. He's the most wonderful traveling companion in the history of vacations, but ... his greatest strengths do not lie in the planning stages. *grin*
I love the wilderness, and being out away from people. I HATE small towns, though, and I fear long-term isolation (short term or intermittent isolation is excellent). If I could live in the woods and teleport to the big city for all social interaction, bypassing every small town and suburb in between, that would be my ideal situation. I hope you end up with the best of all worlds. Also, loads of encouragement on the crafts, art, food, hobby and game shop, and all the rest. I'm having trouble articulating my thoughts, but ... I guess the bottom line is, I'm glad you're you. Something like that.
