More coolness on the pose and a fav here ^^ (still i may prefer to put the open palm than two fingers, at all two thingers are handy only to some precision hits on some particular bodyparts, still not much convenient than a open palm and an hit with all the fingers straight on ^^)
Closed fist is the more solid solution for a casual fighter, or even a general, almost common sense . Palm techniques tend to be generally weak, unless trained to work with your hands like that. Heel of the palm's great for crushing a sternum, but it takes some serious training to get your palms up to par. Hitting shit with the ridge of your hand, you can fuck it up without the proper training lol
Indeed the open palm is the most common and safety, but for some precision hits is completely unappropriate, i know for excample a hit that involves the straight fingers hitting the... hummm.. dunnow english term, but is the airway of the troath, that can't be hit with a punch, but at all in a fight is always better to use the old dear fist ^^
Eh, I dunno, I've been punched in the throat before lol
It'd be easier for a spear or ridgehand to the throat, of course, or a leopard-fist, but you can still use your fists, even a knee, if you work it right with grappling. Besides, in a fight, about eighty percent of the chop-saki goes out of the window, and you end up just trying what's the most efficient to knock your problem out, ya know? Hook to the dome, usually over
