CLOSED ⚡Russian invasion.Mini power station donation...

CLOSED
Almost the entire country was plunged into darkness due to the missile attack on the civilian infrastructure, and with the darkness comes cold and hunger. In the literal sense.
I work remotely and need your help to purchase a portable power station charger.
Why? Because I live in a mountain village and I cannot afford to go to the local heating points as they are 5 kilometers from my house. And I also can't work, because I have to carry my computer and monitor with me, plus there is no workplace for me, because people come there to warm up and recharge their gadgets.
My area has a very erratic electricity schedule. Therefore, traditionally, I have no light all day, it is better and they turn on the electricity for 4 hours a day. That is, 2 hour after every 4 hours of disconnection. Because of this I cannot work and provide myself with basic things and I may lose my job. Also, due to power outages, I don't have a consistent work schedule, meaning I work all week on Saturday and Sunday due to power outages on regular weekdays. They also work from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m., because traditionally that's when they turn on more. (Not excluding the fact that I work all day and then at night. Except for those hours when there is no light.) As you can tell my physical condition has deteriorated greatly.
The price of such a station is $1,300
Why is that? Because I need to connect the computer and the monitor to it, and it is also good if I can run the boiler from the station to heat the house. I work in heavy 3d applications, so it will consume more than traditional.
If I manage to raise most of the amount, I will be able to add a little from my savings, but I am keeping it just in case.
The portable station I want to buy is EcoFlow RIVER 2 Max 512Wh 1000W Gray (RIVER2MAX)
If anyone is able to buy it and send it directly to me, that would be even better than a fundraiser. Why? Because in fact they are not available and you have to wait for a month. But there are those that are available, but they cost more to buy. (Exactly the price that I wrote)
I will make an additional post with the banner on my page, but a little bit later.

But I also learned that this model is too weak to heal my computer, so I was recommended to take this one -

I will try to buy it in Poland, I have friends who can send it to me.

500 watt-hours will barely be enough to operate the loads you are talking about for 2 hours. Less if you have a high performance PC or an electric circulation pump for forced hot water hydronic as opposed to a convection system or a true steam boiler. I am assuming this is a fuel-fired boiler rather than electric, as the latter would demand anywhere from 5-20 kilowatts to operate depending on it's size and therefore be impossible to run from any sort of short-term power solution.
A small, inexpensive 2-stroke generator set would likely better serve your needs at lower cost. A larger 4-stroke unit with pressure lubrication and oil filtration would offer much longer service life in exchange for higher upfront cost. Both of these solutions will likely be cheaper per unit power rating & energy capacity (i.e. fuel capacity) than an equivalent battery unit.
Do you have a natural gas range or oven? Those can be used (carefully) for emergency heat in a pinch. Test your carbon monoxide detectors first.
If you or one of your neighbors has an automobile, a garden tractor or any other piece of self-propelled equipment fitted with an electric starter motor, a small inverter can be used to derive minimal AC power from it's battery charging system. Realistically, 900 watts peak and maybe 120-240 watts continuous depending on what you're dealing with. Not a lot of power, but maybe enough to run the draft inducer on a boiler on an intermittent basis.
You are wrong, I have a gas boiler, but it will NOT start without electricity, because it is electric + gas. It cannot be started without electricity.
A gasoline generator is not suitable as it will not draw voltage to start the boiler, we have already tried. Plus, gasoline is very expensive, so filling 5 liters every 2-3 hours is not profitable, or the price will be the same.
We don't have carbon monoxide detectors in our house. The price of inverters is the same as half of ecoflow. Go to Ukrainian services and see how much they cost now, as well as generators.

Unfortunately, only ecoflow fits my home and my needs. Thank you.
Therefore, if you collect the inverter+battery, you will get half the amount for ecoflow, but only my computer and screen will be able to recover.
Battery - https://www.olx.ua/uk/elektronika/q.....%8B%D0%B9-%D0% B0%D0%BA%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%BC%D1%83%D0%BB%D1%8F%D1%82%D0%BE%D1%80/?gclid=CjwKCAiAv9ucBhBXEiwA6N8nYGPpCBSEkHCXZWhRDp83OKr2CH10Mz2VE7QHiOZ_GoG3Fuct3Dj6zhoClKgQAvD_Bw
I have a laptop and a screen, I call it a computer, translation problem. Not a PC. My friend has the same ecoflow and it lasts for 4 hours of work.
However, after weighing all the pros and cons, I decided to order a more powerful ecoflow model, but from a neighboring country, so that there would not be such wild markups of 100% like in Ukraine. I have a friend there who can pass it on to me.
Why so? Unfortunately, due to the constantly changing situation in the country, we cannot have a stationary method of power. Therefore, it will be better to buy a mobile device. Plus, I don't have a place to charge a car battery (because it can be dangerous only when charging, it's the one on acid), and gel batteries are very expensive. It all works out +- the same price.
However, the question arises what to do later, when the war is over with this thing? One way or another, this device will come in handy more than once, but the inverter and battery could also. Huh...

But - https://wiki.legalaid.gov.ua/index......%D0%B5%D0%BD%D
Goods imported into the territory of Ukraine are subject to taxation if the price of the goods exceeds 150 euro, but ine the same time I found this information - http://bug.org.ua/news/ukrayinczyam.....y-myta-711857/
I don't know who to believe. If it is much cheaper from your link, then it is better to buy it and wait.
Maybe someone could send it to me directly from America? I just wonder how long it will take to get to me, the main thing is that it arrives by spring ahh
Ukraine outlets operate on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz frequency in contrast to the USA which operate on a 120V supply voltage and 60Hz
However, it occurs to me that if someone was only trying to run a laptop charger from a battery power bank (and not other things like a monitor or refrigerator that need European electricity), they might be able to use a USA power bank and the USA version of the laptop charger, since the output direct current output voltage to the laptop should be the same.

The same model from the ukranian dealer is $893 usd, so yeah, its less than half the price USD in America. I am not sure how much the import duty would be. Shipping information is in the link above -- FedEx seems to be the choice. Maybe there are some humanitarian exceptions / incentives to the duty and shipping? I know Meest has a "First shipment" discount too.
The Ecoflow might present special issues. There are a lot of restrictions on shipping lithium batteries and electronics that have large lithium batteries installed, so an EcoFlow might have to go by sea rather than by air to Europe, and the Ecoflow might need to go by UPS ground rather than FedEx inside the USA. I'd need to do more research to understand all the issues.

I wonder if their ecommerce service would allow someone in Ukraine to order a Ecoflow from Amazon.
