Rheumatologist Appointment today! Wish me luck QwQ

Very nervous. I tested positive for antibodies that indicated an autoimmune disease around two months ago, so today I’m going for a consult to rule out anything rheumatoid related.
My mother had severe rheumatoid issues, so I suspect it’ll be a form of arthritis like hers, but I’m stressed regardless lol. If anyone has gone to a rheumatologist I would love a support buddy 😭
Likewise, because of this and New Year’s Eve, I may be slightly quiet! Once Jan 1st rolls around I’ll be focusing hard on my pending commissions to clear my queue, so expect some uploads and maybe warmups!

I haven't gone to one before but I've gone with my mother. it's just a bunch of questions, a singular blood draw, and a few unobtrusive tests. :3 you got this. <3

^w^ yeah. I have an extreme phobia of needles so that is the first thing I tell them to do so it's done and over with and I don't have to wait to get stabbed. otherwise I would be dreading it the entire time. lol I'm 34 but a big baby when it comes to shots or bloodwork. X'D

Thank you so much! For now, it seems that it's 50/50 on whether or not it's arthritis, I'm getting an x-ray done to see if there's inflammation, but I wasn't in a flareup so my joints seemed relatively normal today. Otherwise, they suspect it may be Celiac Disease - I've suspected I've had it for a while now, but I officially did the blood testing today to determine it!

Could be arthritis . Like for myself i was showing signs up of it when I hit 20. Glad to see noting bad so far
