Hit 169 on the scale today. That's like 3lbs away from a healthy weight for my height. And it only took about two years to get here.

bullshit. the human body isnt as simple as BMI.
regaurdless of height and weight, we all have a differently shaped frame, and thicker or thinner bones. we also have a natural amount of fat and muscle. what is healthy is not the number on the screen. what is healthy is whether you have excess fat, or not enough. eat decently, 3 meals, sleep well, keep an active mind and body, and drink enough water. unless you have disorders, healthy is whether you take care of yourself or not. and its up to you to live with your decisions.
