Must be 18 or older to order a commission from me, no matter the subject matter.
Contact info:
Tazzyelric[at]gmail.com [This is my email NOT my paypal!]
You may email me to ask for a quote, to request a commission or examples, etc!
These accounts are me:
FurKingHell on FurAffinity
FurKingHell on deviantART [rarely updated]
CorumsArt on Twitter
furkinghell On Instagram
Before you request a commission, please read through my Terms of Service [below] and make sure you accept! These terms are here to protect us both so it's in your best interest to know what is contained within.
Thank you!
Payment:
Instant transfer preferred.
No Echecks
DO NOT directly pay after I give you a quote! I will send you an invoice when I'm ready.
Full payment up front preferred.
Commission must be paid in full in order for me to Start your commission.
Tips:
Yes, I do accept tips to candy_box_confectionary_biatch[at]hotmail.co.uk I would rather only receive tips after the work is completed if you are satisfied enough to want to tip! I NEVER expect them, but I always appreciate them!
Turnaround:
I try to promise a 90 day or less turnaround time, but sometimes things get in the way. I will always be open to scheduling a hard deadline for your piece if you want or need one for any reason. Contact me through email and we can work it out!
Deadlines:
You may request a specific reasonable deadline.
If the deadline requested is less than 3 weeks from the time of payment, a rush fee may be applied to your commission based on the size of the piece and how quickly I'll need to work to complete it in time
1 week's notice will have a higher rush fee than 2 week's notice.
A more complex piece may have a higher rush fee than a less complex one.
Refunds:
I will honor refunds as soon as I am able! Except in extreme cases [$100+ refunds], this should be immediate.
If you request a refund after I've already started your commission, refund amount will be calculated minus cost of work completed. You would be allowed to keep the unfinished work.
If I cancel your commission because of difficulties between us [non-communication, harassing behavior, or rudeness], your refund will be calculated based on work completed.
If I cancel your commission for personal reasons [lack of inspiration/life difficulties], you will receive a FULL refund, regardless of the amount of work completed, plus you may keep any work I have already done free of charge.
Revisions/Communication:
Please note that I enjoy working on small commissions [anything that takes 4 hours or less] straight through from sketch to finished in one sitting without taking a break in the middle to email WIPs. If you would like to see a sketch, please let me know by the time of payment.
I always show WIPs if you don’t have an image reference, during larger commissions and for reference sheets.
If I contact you through email with a WIP and don’t receive a response within a few days, I will attempt to contact you through another avenue [such as FA notes]. If I don’t receive a response there either, I will put your commission on hold until I hear back from you.
I will keep trying to contact you every few weeks, but if I don’t hear back from you for 90 days, I will consider your commission abandoned and issue a refund based on my refund clause.
If sketch approval is not requested...
I try to make sure I follow your guidelines for pose, expression, etc. but sometimes I make mistakes. If this is the case, I will make any revisions in linework and color possible for free.
If I AM given adequate information and mess up something large enough to cause a redraw, I will issue a partial refund OR redraw your commission and resell the lineart of the messed up pose as a YCH. Your choice!
If I am NOT given adequate information before I start, there’s not much I can do. Please be aware of this risk when commissioning me and make sure you give me complete information or request to see a sketch stage.
If you are not sure I can draw what you want, look through my gallery for similar pieces or ask me for examples.
It’s always best to commission someone who draws in the style you have in mind rather than expecting an artist to adapt to something they’re not used to drawing!
If sketch approval is requested…
I am open to doing thumbnail figure sketches if you don’t have a solid idea and you’d like a few poses to choose from.
Changes caused by MY oversight will be fixed for free.
I will revise the lineart as a whole 2 times for free [rough sketch stage, refined sketch stage]. This does not include complete redraws.
Please be concise in your description so I can get it as close to perfect as possible the first time or request thumbnails!
If changes are desired, please try to be clear about what you want changed in as few emails as possible.
Excessive or complex changes caused by a lack of information/communication or change of mind on the commissioner's part will cost extra.
This fee could be any reasonable cost depending on the magnitude of the change[s]/time involved to fix it.
Rights:
Reposting/Edits
Please don't remove my signature from the piece for any reason
This doesn’t include cropping the image for use as an icon. That is always okay! I prefer to have credit somewhere in your profile if you use my work as an icon so that people can find me, but it is not required.
You may repost your commission in your FA/dA/Weasyl/Inkbunny/SoFurry gallery or on your own personal website, crop, rotate, resize, etc.
I offer high res files for personal use [one personal print, desktop image], but please do not post the high res in your gallery. That is an exclusive thing for the commissioner only! I provide web size versions for reposting.
I do not offer the source files [.sai or .psd] of fully colored and finished work.
If you do repost, please make sure to link back to the correct gallery [the gallery where I originally posted the art] and give proper credit!
If you wish to post to a website that was not listed above, please ask my permission first. There are some places I would rather not have my art posted.
This permission may be revoked at any time if you’re breaking my ToS [for example, not giving me credit]. I will contact you about the issue first, but if you refuse to cooperate, I will revoke your posting rights.
You may not edit any piece without my permission. [This does exclude References, as i do not provide text upon them]
This includes having someone else make a flash animation from it [or doing it yourself], paying someone else to color my sketches/lineart without my permission, and editing the existing lineart or colors in any way.
However, if you want to color your commissioned sketch/lineart yourself or have a friend color it [for free], I am okay with that, just make sure I’m credited for the work I did do [and show me the result! I love seeing that kind of stuff.]
If your character goes through a marking change and you’d like your commission[s] updated, either ask me if I can make changes OR ask me if you can change it yourself.
If I do find my artwork has been edited without my prior permission, I may take action against you depending on the severity of the infraction.
If it’s an honest mistake, I won’t be as hard as on someone who is being purposely disrespectful.
If I find you’ve added a couple markings to a piece so you have a more accurate ref, I would probably be disappointed I wasn’t asked, but I wouldn’t blacklist you [I’m not unreasonable].
If I find you’ve defaced my work or made it unrecognizable as mine in some way [such as covering/removing my signature] with malicious intent, I will revoke your posting rights and blacklist you. I respect my commissioners and I expect the same in return!
You may make prints of digital artwork for personal use only.
Don’t get a bunch of prints even if you’re giving them away for free unless you have prior permission.
This mainly pertains to stuff like bookmarks/keychains/stickers. If you’re mass-producing merch using my art, that’s something that could potentially remove revenue from me! Just run it by me and I might give my approval or work with you to find a compromise.
If you commission a piece with multiple friends and wish for everyone included to have a print, that’s totally fine.
Usage
You do not own the rights to any work completed unless you purchase them for an additional fee.
This means you may not profit from my work in any way. No prints, shirts or other merchandise, unless they're for personal use ONLY [covered above] and preferably pre-approved by me.
You may NOT sell any digital file. Digital files have different laws attached to them than physical artwork.
I am generally fine with my art changing hands as long as you’re not charging extra for it. I would still like to be informed so I can make sure the new owner agrees to the Rights/Usage part of my ToS.
Charging extra means you’re charging someone else for the privilege of using my art [which is not only unfair to me, but unfair to the person you’re selling to. You don’t own the image or any of the rights, only the character depicted. It’s not within your power to sell something you don’t own.]
If you break this rule and charge someone else for usage of my work, I may blacklist you from further commissions.
***By sending payment, you are agreeing to all above terms!***

FAQ and Helpful Tips:
Visual reference is encouraged for all commissions.
If you do not have an image ref, I would appreciate it if you had a concise text description and not a wall of text for me to decipher. Bullet points are so helpful!
However, I do not need a 10 page description of your character’s personality, backstory, etc. [though 1-3 personality traits can sometimes be helpful]. Please try to keep the information accurate, minimal, AND relevant!
BE SPECIFIC! I cannot stress this enough. If you just want me to be creative, I love working with a theme or general idea, but if you have something very specific in mind, I won't know unless you tell me.
If any detail of the commission or your character is important to you, make sure to mention it, EVEN if you give me an image ref.
This includes personality traits, accessories, clothing, etc. I try to follow refs exactly as they’re given to me but sometimes things slip by!
If I do miss something that is pointed out to me [on a ref or otherwise], I’m happy to change/add it for no additional fee.
What I will not draw:
-Scat
-Diapers
-Cub
-WaterSports
-Some trademarked characters
-If it's for a gift, we can try to work something out, otherwise, I will not draw someone else's character in your commission without direct written permission from the owner.
If I can tell you are friends [they have commented on art with both your characters, if they have your icon on their page, etc.], that’s one thing and I would be happy to make a gift for them for you.
If I can’t, I will need further proof that use of their character is okay, especially in extreme situations [rated R+].
Have them contact me with written permission [contact info listed at the top of this document].
If they don’t contact me, I will contact them. If I don’t receive a reply, the commission will be cancelled.
-I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but if you're unsure, PLEASE ASK. I don’t often get commissioned for some things.
Things I like to draw:
+”Clean” fetishes
+Couple stuff/cuddles/love
+Pinups
+New and different species
Commission Process:
Check out my gallery for examples of my recent work or ask me directly!
After reviewing my ToS, contact me in some way, preferably email, to ask for further examples if you need them.
Let me know through email what you would like. I will ask follow up questions if necessary and send you a quote.
Once we’ve agreed on a price, I will send you a PayPal invoice.
You have the choice of paying up front in full or half up front, half after I show you a rough sketch. No work will be done past lines without full payment.
I usually do NOT show a sketch approval stage by default [for small commissions] because it stoppers my work flow! PLEASE be sure to make a note of it if you would like to see a sketch before I finish.
This is also a wonderful time to let me know if you need the image to be a certain size specification [such as to fit your desktop proportions].
I will complete your artwork and send it to you. You may request changes if I missed something!
After image approval, I will also link you the high res file which can be used for a print [see Rights section above] or for a desktop background if you’d like!

Edit:
Style wise, please do not come to me if you dont enjoy certain things in my style, making changesthat push out of that style, i am sure there are many other artists that may be a more perfect fit for you.
Lastly, thank you for your interest in my work. An artist is hardly an artist without an audience.

My TOS "You must stream when Dizzie is not working/asleep. Violation includes being tackled! >:3"
took me a hot minute to realize that TOS means Terms of Service.
Totally not trying to be an arse, but having everything centered makes this really difficult to read. D:
There we go =\>
Yo suggestion, add the JesterGhast FA and dA to the accounts section? :)
