10/19/20 - Get Out the Vote!
With only 14 days left until Election Day, your friends at Fur Affinity want to remind you of not only the importance of being registered and ready to vote, but also being informed about the candidates running for office so that you can use your voice to make a difference here in the United States of America.
Here is a list of resources to empower and encourage you to Vote:
1. https://www.vote.org
2. https://www.betterknowaballot.com
3. https://www.votelikeabeast.com
4. https://www.isidewith.com
And as always, Fur Affinity will continue to stand alongside people of color and support Black Lives Matter. This movement does not end on Election Day. We must push to get our voices heard. For additional information on our stance, educational resources, and trusted organizations, please visit:
https://about.imvu.com/blacklivesmatter
We will also be adding a link to these resources under "Support" in Fur Affinity's navigation bar in a future update.
With that said, we've been made aware that some do not believe or stand with the movement. Racist slurs, harmful generalizations about racial groups, and harassment on Fur Affinity are a violation of our Code of Conduct. Rather than engage with these people, we encourage you to report them to us via Trouble Ticket.
