Heya, please let me know if it's a clusterfuck in there/if it's 'too organized'/'too little organized'/'too confusing' or whatever may have you!

I ended up adding a 'regulars' category, where I'll have folders that I'll keep up to 365 days since the last piece for someone. Folks who end up getting 8+ pieces from me (including things in the queue, not only already finished pieces) will get their own folder there. If someone's uncomfortable being there, I'll remove em! But I thought it'd be nice/neat to. I love seeing how many things I've done for specific folks/of specific characters.

Also; categories include artstyle/arttypes! Makes sorting through my gallery a lot easier that way, eh?

Still got a good few things I'm finishing up on and planning to post. Hopefully will be weekly posts for the rest of the year at minimum, but we'll see!

You'll be seeing some life/activity from this account in the upcoming months. Please don't ask me if I'm up for doing a commission unless I make a specific post opening commissions, thank you! Only exceptions will be made for past clientele.

All relevant references are required up front, and cannot be changed if it's already been agreed on.
This is to prevent any surprises that didn't align with what I thought I was agreeing to when I accepted your commission

Commission Process

- All tiers are offered as is! Please read through and understand what you're buying, I will not be adding backgrounds to slots that didn't offer them.

- Add ons (alternative outfits, different versions, backgrounds, additional characters, etc) need to be discussed at the time of the initial commission request - I might not have the time on hand to be able to handle a large piece, and could need to cancel your slot so I can manage my workload appropriately.

- All references must be provided at the time of the commission being discussed, including all details of it, before I'll accept your order. References provided AFTER the commission has been accepted, and sketch started, will not be considered unless asked for specifically. Note that changing the base idea of the commission (pose, outfits, themes, characters involved, etc) may lead to you forfeiting your slot, as it wasn't what I initially agreed to doing.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I'm uncomfortable with it or the subject without the need to disclose why.

- Please voice your changes at each stage! After I've moved from the sketch stage I will not be changing pose/design/etc unless it's minor or unless you're alright with the following;
. . . . *Asking me to rework a piece to a new idea/pose/etc after you've already approved of it, will result in an upcharge according to the amount of progress already done on the piece.

Payment and Cancellations

- I prefer payment being after I've finished your art, exceptions on orders of over 200$, where I'll ask for half after the sketch

- In the case of cancelling an order above 200$, if I'm halfway or more into the piece by the time of cancellation, there will be no refund. Below halfway, you'll receive up to 50% refund of what you paid, due to the work already done on the sketch. You'll receive the work I've currently completed on the piece as well.

- For cancelled pay after pieces, you won't receive the files unless you pay for the stage I had already completed.

- Couple art, whether platonic or romantic, are not exempt from my cancellation rules, even if caused by a breakup*. Before ordering couple art, please be aware that I'm not responsible for your relationship/friendship status. I'm willing to swap out characters for another depending on the stage of it, but you'll be held to the same cancellation agreement elsewise.

- There will be no refunds for already finished pieces

Usage of Art

- Unless you have paid for commercial rights, you cannot sell prints, merchandise, including selling recolors/edits or otherwise profit financially off of my artwork.

- Don't remove my signature from pieces

- Reuploading your commission is alright^{(even encouraged)} provided you credit me somewhere!

- Edited artwork still requires credit regardless of how different it is!

- You can edit my work done for you provided you don't edit it to include subjects I refused to do in the first place

All commissions taken after 8/2/2023^{*last update date} will be held to this.

Breaking my ToS will get you privately blacklisted from working with me in the future.
