Apparently that is not enough.

What happened to me is just about a month ago, my primary back up drive failed without any warning. I didn't take that seriously but did put a new hard drive in my shopping cart. And yesterday the new hard drive arrived. BUT, after I got the new hard drive and starting copying my data onto my new hard drive... my over enthusiastic dog ran in and tripped on the power cable on the external hard drive (Secondary backup drive).... and that hard drive fallen to its demise...........


WORSE, I used BackBlaze as my off-site backup, but just as I logged in and looking for the Backup of my secondary drive... there is only 500GB out of 2.7 TB data left in it... I was certain the software had already uploaded everything on the drive weeks ago and I hadn't add anything new into the drive since my primary drive failed a month ago...

Gone, was some movies, software, but those can be redownloaded. What I might not able to get back are stories I haven't finish to write, recorded vids (yes including the me and my bf meet the first time and mate) and pictures... amount it are lot of pictures of my deceased dog... which passed away 4 years ago...


It was a said day... I am planning to send the hard drives to data recovery companies to see if they can recover them (the primary have some hope, but the secondary was dropped while reading data...data corruption aside the platter may be affected...) and I e-mailed BackBlaze about my missing files and hope they still have them somewhere...

If not... sorry Bill(my deceased dog) you will live in my heart from now on...

(Luckly I have another copy of all my commissions on my laptop... thank god............... I have a lot of them haven't been uploaded to anywhere yet.)

*Update 1* Appears the BackBlaze have the data from the primary backup drive. So I placed an order to have them ship a hard drive with the data to me (About 200USD...). Although there will be 1TB of data still unaccounted for, I think those are less precious stuff like movies and software... we will see what we can get back from it.

I shrunk the balls on my ref down to more reasonably sizes instead of big clobbers that looked like I will squeeze them while walking.
Although they still look a bit bigger if you scale up human testis to my height (2.2m), do consider my inherent wolf DNA (wolf's testis to body ratio is higher than human), scrotum and fur on the balls.

I did calculate how big the balls will be with respect to my body, which falls within reasonable size range of a scaled up wolf.

Well I have a pile need to get uploaded, but at moment I really can't find the time to upload them, let alone create short story for those with more context then just a picture of my fursona.

In addition, some kind of conflict with chronological story of my fursona, so I don't feel like to upload them yet without commissioning the pictures fit before those...

True story...

I worked very hard last Thursday and Friday. Then on Saturday when I was going to buy the stuff my Dad wants me to buy I notice I lost my wallet (and missed one of the comic I really wanted to buy)....

The full story was I went to neighbor Walmart and buy coffee on 7PM Thursday, then I went straight to a team meeting in Library, then worked all the way until 4 AM NEXT DAY on a group project. Then went to do an experiment. After that I went to a class half asleep. And then went to eat at dinning hall, then went to home took a 2 hour nap.
After I put on my suit and went to an presentation, I went home, eat and change again. Head out again to work on a group project until mid night...

So sometime in this mess I lost my wallet... *sigh*

My busy week isn't over yet... I already went back to Walmart, Library, OEC (campus building where I worked to 4 AM) and called campus security....
My last chance would be the Dining hall... if it is not there, I think I done everything to declare my wallet is MIA...


Welp... it is actually in the library... and the front desk told me they returned to the "owner"(Actually it was the the front desk of Applied Computing Center on the third floor had my wallet...lol )

I used to use the system restore for back up, until notice that Samsung doesn't like that.

Currrently I do use a could back up service but that is not a back up image.
So anyone have any suggestion on what would be a good back up software?

One of the most stressful birthday, why all group projects have to be due these few weeks ; ^ ; (and some of my teammates sucks...)

Welp it did not die in ball of flames. Just that I noticed it was slow from time to time and SeaTools returen short DST failure (laptop self-check stated it failed too. Microsoft said it was fine...)

Never the less I plan to Hunt for a SSD this black Friday/cyber Monday. So far the only reason I haven't get my paws on a SSD is I heard they live shorter than HDD, but from Wiki page someone said leading brands already over come that issue.

My current setup:
1. 1 TB SSHD (system and all of the softwares) 285GB used
2. 1 TB HDD (The dying one, storing all my fapping material)
open mSATA slot
And several External for back ups.
Chipset suppots 2 SATA-III drives.

I plan to get a SSD and Clone the SSHD onto it. Then use the SSHD in place of the HDD.

I just looked up my laptop's motherboard specifications. Turns out the only SATA III slots are the two 2.5 inch HD Bay which means mSATA is out of the question. Now I am choosing between Samsung's 850 EVO and SanDisk Ultra II.

I am safe and everything is good except the building I am in having a brownout now, half of the building lost power. Including my room.

It is rather "cruel" that some people were playing loud music in their apartments in the same building (2/3 of building have insufficient power, only 1/3 of the rooms were unaffected)... of course that is their freedom... Oh well.

I am glad the fridge is still working, and I have one outlet in the bathroom still have power...

Expect me go quite for several days if not weeks. Yeah

As some of you may know, my fursona was genetically modified from a rescued adult alpha Canis Lupus (aka Grey Wolf)
Everything else is quite pre determined, but due to a bit struggle about the parts between his legs. I can't put the last nail on coffin...

The problem is: as a "biological weapon" he does not necessary need balls (or penis by that matter), but if he don't have balls, then he will need a way to balance hormone which is quite problematic itself.

Since my fursona is not just a mindless android, the researchers kept most of his stuff. So, he seems have everything from the outside. but who know what he Actually have in his sac?

Well I attended a AIAA (Aerospace Nerd) student conference.

Basically sitting there and listen to presentation from 7AM-5PM.... good luck with that.

Highlight is: We had a banquet below an actual Saturn V rocket!
(Okay I admit it is just a test rocket, not really built for fly. But it is built for shake the rocket and see if its structure is strong enough and well designed to combat harmonic motions blah blah blah blah)
