Everyday Struggles as an Artist

As an artist I always try to put my heart and soul in every piece of work, but sometimes it's hard to do so, whenever I feel down I've learned that the best thing I can do as an artist not only for me but for my clients too is to give myself a little bit of "me-time" to clear up my mind.
Sometimes taking care of you is also a way of art, because most people had forgot to take care of themselves and we all end up frustrated that way. I know how it feels, but everything must be on balance, I'm such a lazy lion but I also know that the only way to improve is through practice, so trust me when I say, practice as much as you can, but don't forget to be nice with yourself from time to time.
