Terms of Service

Everything here is my up-to-date TOS, and should be followed unless stated otherwise by myself.

General
• Always credit me for my art.
• I can and will revoke art permissions if this TOS is not followed.
• The only excuse to not following my TOS is if you didn't know it was my art, which is circumstantial.
• You may not put your own tos on my art. Ever.
• You must credit me and/or link to me if you are posting my art offsite.

Custom Designs
• You must come to me for permission to resell/trade/gift.
• You may not sell for more than paid for unless you have attained more art for the character.
• You must ask permission to sell offsite. Exceptions are DeviantArt and FurAffinity.
• You may modify them slightly, without butchering them. Contact me prior for large modifications.
• Never remove my signature.
• I must be credited for (original) character.

Custom Art
• If you're selling a character I made art for, you may include it. No need to ask.
• Do not modify custom art without asking me first.
• You may not sell my art individually.
• Always credit me for my art.


Commissioning
If and when you are commissioning me;
• Please be patient. I have things to do outside of the art world.
• You must pay in full (unless I state otherwise to you) before I begin your commission.
• If you commission me and do not pay within 3 days, your commission can be removed from the list.
• I will begin a commission once paid for. This means even if you're last on the list and pay before others, your commission will be started sooner.
• I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.

Trades
• You may include this art if you are rehoming the character. No need to ask.
• You may use my half once received. However, if you do not finish your half of the trade, I can revoke permissions to my half.
• If you cannot complete a trade or there is an issue, PM me.

Refunds
• You may request a refund up until the point of finishing your commission. When it is finished, you may not have a refund.
• Do not commission me and ask for a refund almost immediately.
• If you constantly ask for refunds you will not be allowed to commission me.

All transactions: If payment not received within 3 days, and you fail to notify or update me, the transaction will be closed.


TOS Addition:
As of May, 28, 2017 any art I make, whether it be personal or commission, can be used for advertising purposes.
If you are not comfortable with this, please tell me specifically PRIOR to payment.
This does not apply for art made before the date, and commissions must give the OK before their character in my art form is used for advertising purposes.
