Ok, hi, heya, WHEW- Chatty bit up here. Isekai (Your character trapped in another world) commission bit below.

I am just about caught up. Have a few more sketches and a little bit of modeling work to do in blender still, yes, but for the most part a very very bad winter depression period is finally behind me. This last winter was a doozey for me to get through, I won't lie. I've had years where its been a mental struggle but the amount of me trying to hide just how fragmented and depression-laiden my head has been and it still slipping through has been tough. I want to apologize for how much that's slowed me down and made me not, well- 'Me'.

But I'm finally pulling through it. And I'm, well, not better for it, but I've had good introspection time and had a few good conversations that have prompted me to really reflect. And I've, well, 'grown'...? For one thing, I've realized something I've been missing for a long time now. Focus. A thing I like to focus on and say 'This is what I like to do'. And I've come to realize and attribute that to the increase of dissolution of both my own enjoyment of doing art and people (notably commissioners) getting mixed messages about what I like to do art of and write about.

I plan to solve this a bit by focusing on my own stories. I've been really reflective of why I've slowed down SO MUCH and why some things that used to take me just a day or two now take me several weeks. Its the stories, specifically forcing myself to write for characters and ideas not my own. Thing is, I love writing. I do it all the time. I constantly have ideas, narratives, plots, characters, always just popping into my head that I have to get out. But I don't share any of that here because (1) I get hella self-conscious about sharing cause I think no one will care unless its smutty or their character only and (2) my writing and ideas go everywhere my imagination unfettered can go. Like, I enjoy doing art still yeah, but over the years progressively the thing I've enjoyed the most is building characters, worlds, stories, narrative. I just don't share it because I don't think people will care. Its a really nasty mental bug I've had for years due to IRL things, and its high time I tried to face it head on and challenge that preconceived notion of nobody caring about my original (kinky or not) ideas.

I'm also going to be introducing something I've never done before, but realized I should have had forever ago. A MASCOT. My own mascot. Her name is Caliburn, I have art of her, but I haven't finalized the design of her yet which is why I haven't shared her (plus self-conscious and winter depression). I've been thinking that by doing that, then adding more original characters after this mascot, building up instead of dumping a whole universe of ideas at once, I can start showing off the rich imagination I really have not been sharing here or just about anywhere for so long.

I'm ALSO going to be showing more original comics, videogame progress (YUP! I'm still working on it. Have been this whole time), and even more of my own original ideas. I just ask that you bear with me, as my gosh do I have days where genetically stacked depression and anxiety make replying, posting, and especially interacting monumentally hard for me to do with any amount of mental ease. I am trying, same as every other person.

ANYWAY~~

Onto the Commission bit.

As I said I'm just about caught up, running at full steam again. I am also broke. Like. Hahaha this is kinda sad broke. I know, I know, everyone is. Which is why I'm going to open for some simple (SFW or NSFW) ISEKAI commissions. Just 3 or 4. If you're not familiar, ISEKAI is a very prevalent Anime genre where a character gets dropped from their normal world into a different one they're not familiar with. A topic I think is perfect for a few cool commission ideas.

Dropped into Lordran from Darksouls? Thats an idea. Thrown into the Mushroom Kingdom? Hell yeah. Kingdom Hearts is like one Isekai after the next if you really think about it. Anime worlds, video game worlds, MMO worlds, you get the jist and then some. I can only take on a few, but I would dearly love to say 'Hi heya you want to work with me heck yeah lets make some fun art together'.
