I like to work with my hands, not because I'm stupid, but because I don't have to use my brain much, not because I'm stupid.

Conversation is the best solution in many cases, whether it's politics, extremism (extreme politics), stupidity, interpersonal relationships or solving problems both philosophical and physical
(Philosophy is just an opinion about a thing, and philosophical trends(schools) could be compared to political parties. And Physics, that's just philosophy of matter.)
(unfortunately conversation is voluntary, and it's hard to converse with someone who doesn't use common sense and blindly believes something or doesn't want to understand)
It's still better than staying silent and saying "I don't like that person because he's (something)", instead we may learn something new or find out that something works differently than we expected, or see how it works from a different perspective.
