STEPS
STEP 1. SUBMIT REQUEST.

1.2 Fill commission form https://forms.gle/w6gqYPL6SF7aiUJX8
1.3 Commissions with character(-s) not belonging to you REQUIRE screenshot(-s) describes owner's clearly consent to be drawn. Same goes for fetishes.
STEP 2. RECEIVE COMMISSION CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS.
STEP 3. MAKE A PREPAYMENT WITHIN 120hours/5days AND RECEIVE PREPAYMENT CONFIRMATION.
Prepayment amount:
– YCH: prepayment is equal to the full value of the won bid.
– Lineart: equals to the final price.
– Colored art: in accordance with “Commission list”.
! Missed prepayment due 120hours/5days is equal of cancelation. Note me for possible prolongation in case of unforeseen situations.
STEP 4. RECEIVE SKETCH FOR BASIC CONCEPT APPROVAL (general concept, pose, expressions, character(s), background).
STEP 5. RECEIVE SIMPLY COLORED & SHADED ARTWORK FOR APPROVAL.
STEP 6. RECEIVE FINAL ARTWORK FOR APPROVAL.
(Let me know about any fixes/changes before approval. Significant changes after approval may require extra pay.
STEP 7. RECEIVE ARTWORK, it's original file via link to Google Drive.

PAYMENT
Payment restrictions may require some extra time.
METHODS: Boosty, bank transfer.
None of my prices include any fees. All fees are paid by you yourself.
If I receive payment less than required then you have to pay the remaining payment amount in 120hrs/5days OR request a refund (check “Refund" section of Terms of Service”)(Refund is currently unavailable because of economic restrictions, I'm sorry), otherwise I will forced to mark payment as a donation.

TIME LIMITS
I usually spend approximately 2-12 weeks on an order, excluding time for discussion.
I undertake to complete your commission in 3 months after commission confirmation. This doesn’t include time for discussion and doesn’t take into account circumstances out of my control.

REFUND
Refund is currently unavailable because of economic restrictions, I'm sorry
I will charge a 5$ for processing your commission and send back the remaining part of the payment received from you, excluding payment method fees. Calculation formula is “received payment amount - 5$ as payment for order processing - payment method fee”.
Refund cases:
a) I understand I will not have enough time to complete your commission on time. I will send you a message to ask if you agree to wait or if I should refund payment.
b) You can request a refund if I haven’t started your commission yet.

CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel the commission then tell me about it please. It would be awesome to let me know the reason.

QUALITY STATEMENT
I'm an aspiring artist and I will try my best to complete your commission in the best possible way. However, any payment means you agree on possible errors in the commission, which I try to do avoid.

AGE LIMIATIONS
By submitting a request or ordering from me, you simultaneously confirm that:
– you are at least 18 years old,
– you are agree to possibly interact in any way with 18+ material.
You also exempt me from any legal liability based on your age and age-related laws of your country in connection with the your request or order fulfilment.

CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
I reserve right to refuse to take commission I find uncomfortable for me for any reason.

I may agree to draw: blood, forced.
I don't draw: human, ferals, copyright characters, watersports, gore, scat, vore, hyper, snuff, macro/micro.

TERMS OF USE
I can speak English and Russian.
Drawing or ordering anything contain my fursonas or characters requires my clearly permit.
No one can erase, hide or otherwise obstruct or make less distinct my signature, name and year in the artwork.
My artworks are intended for non-commercial use only. If you are interested in commercial use then contact me with the “commercial purpose” mark.
While the commissioner retains the rights they have to their own personal characters, I retain all rights in regards to the piece of artwork.
I reserve the right to upload the commission to my galleries, portfolios, etc. except special option as “Not for public use” (by prior agreement).
I usually publish smaller versions of commissions (about 720px&1080px), but you get much better artwork (about 2-4Kpx).

VIOLATION
Violation of the Terms of Service of payment issues, ignoring me for week(-s) without reason or warning, "countless" fix loop requests) means automatic cancelation of your order and your consent to consider the order as completed.
Any violation of the Terms of Service allows me to do anything with commissioned artwork(-s) (include "Not for public use"), add violater and violater's characters to blacklist.
Helping a violator to avoid the Terms of Service means acquiring the status of the violator.

UPDATING
I reserve the right to change the Terms of Service at any time. Changes applies for new commissions.

ACCURACY STATEMENT
I am not a native English speaker or a lawyer, so the Terms of Service may contain errors and lead to misunderstandings. You are always free to ask me, so any inaccuracies are interpretions on my favor.

By commissioning me, you confirm your familiarization with the Terms of Service, fully agree and accept the Terms of Service.
