Health Update

EN: My psychosomatic pain in the heart region hasn't completely disappeared yet, as the weight resting on my shoulders is still very heavy. Other physical ailments are probably related to this too. So, my creativity is still suffering. However, I'm really hoping things are moving forward with my wife now. But the whole thing is costing me a great deal, and so I have yet another worry on my hands.
I feel so exhausted.
DE: Meine psychosomatischen Schmerzen in der Herzregion sind noch nicht ganz verschwunden, da die Last, die auf mir ruht noch immer sehr gross ist. Vermutlich sind noch andere körperliche Beschwerden auf das zurück zu führen. Somit leidet meine Kreativität noch immer. Ich hoffe jedoch sehr, dass es nun mit meiner Frau vorwärts geht. Doch das Ganze kostet mich unmegen und so habe ich noch eine weitere Sorgen am Hals.
Ich fühle mich so erschöpft.
