Greetings adventurer!

I'm just a casual gamer and an aspiring furry artist (as of Aug. 2024) taking my first steps into the digital art realm. I have no posted arts yet as I am still learning the basics with my drawing pad. Any and all advice, recommendations and words of encouragement are welcomed for a beginner such as myself.

My background/goals: I've played a lot of sandbox games that is technically just 3D modeling. Over time with patience and practice I've noticed my creations get better with more detail without really thinking about it. Many years ago I use to draw pretty decently I thought back in middle/high school , but that was only on pen and paper. For the last few years I've always had a story I always wanted to express and I'm just really bad with words. But recently it just clicked in my head that I can use my patience and practice skills from my modeling games, and brush off the cobwebs from my pen and paper days to try my hand at digital art. Though I am bad at words, I don't lack creativity. So my goal sometime in the near or far future is to be able to turn my story I wish to tell in to a comic series. I originally was planning on this story to be a homebrew D&D campaign but my anxiety has always kept me from DMing. So this is the next best thing! Wish me luck!

Note: I currently have no plans of being a commission artist, I currently work full time at a job I enjoy and am undertaking this hobby out of personal interest. Though maybe in the future I will open requests as a method of practice. Please don't ask me until then.
