I’m at 11 months with an actual FA account instead of just peeking in! I hope to inspire others to try their hand at drawing if it’s a dream they have. Just remember to set manageable goals along your way, just look at my early gallery and scraps to see where I’ve come from.

If you’re reading this and notice a difference, you’ve been here before and I’m hugging you from my side of the screen because YOU are the person that has given me the energy to keep making art. As for why I’m changing my user profile section? I’ve been putting a lot of time into drawing. I intend to continue with it of course, but the one drawing a day goal that I set in the beginning is becoming difficult to maintain and do the other work that I have to do now that the season has changed to fall. My goals in drawing have also changed slightly because of discoveries I’ve made about what I ENJOY drawing over these past six months.. nearly seven at the time of updating the profile. So here is my current me on this site!

I am confident enough to call myself an amateur artist at this point in comparison to where I started. I am not confident enough to take commissions, and don’t know that I will ever have the confidence or desire to do that. I have set up a Ko-Fi account if anyone likes what I do enough to leave a tip though. It would be appreciated since, as I said above, my progress does take a lot of time and a cup of coffee (or tea in my case) helps me keep awake through those late nights when I’m drawing. I will do my best to upkeep one drawing a day here. Other concerts/projects may disrupt that though. The weekly goals are going to be more along the lines of, complete a comic this week, or do a transformation sequence. Every drawing I do is its own challenge at this point and while I know I need to focus on certain things, I’m at the point where I feel good just drawing what I want instead of needing to make a specific task that I’m holding myself to. I will continue to keep a journal with general goals and a look back at the previous week, but the weekly themes are a thing of the past until I find myself in a creative rut and need to resuscitate them. It’s hard to imagine that, but I’m sure it will happen eventually.

Themes you will see:
Transformation: I love it, and I’m happy doing drawings with this theme.
Comics: Short stories/skits with either Panics and company, or maybe even the trio!
RPG characters: I play all manner of RPGs, and love all the character combinations therein. I will definitely be continuing to make these every now and then.
Stickers: Yeah… I’m addicted to this. There’s a whole bunch I’ve already made for my duck, and there will be more!
Random: There will be plenty of random things as I get ideas that just want to get out of my head.
Drawings on Youtube: I will be posting drawing sequence videos with music backgrounds along with youtube links. I’m not out to hide what I do right or wrong, and hopefully I can inspire others to give drawing a go when they see me stumble my way through it.

Themes you will not see
While things might get to the MATURE rating occasionally, there will be no ADULT themes posted here. If that’s what you’re looking for I’m afraid you’ve come to the wrong place. Not saying you shouldn’t enjoy them! Just that I’m not one to draw them. 😁
