Well ain't that a thing. Another year out of the way and I leave behind the last of my 20s. Maybe I should have some big reflection over what this year was and what it meant for me?
That would be cute but I've not got much to say. Motivation started strong when the year began, but a bit of a family crisis knocked the wind out of my sails and now here I am. So that leaves me thinking what's the plan for 2025?

I want to do better. A lot better. I like writing smut, whether I'm good at it or not and I'm hopeful that new plans will make me more productive. I've always liked the idea behind writing a minimum 500 words a day, but I might make life easier on myself if I reduce that and say minimum 3500 words a week, over however many days it takes. That way I don't have to beat myself up if work has me feeling too tired to do anything on a particular day.

For what I'll write, I've got a whole host of ideas I'd love to share and some a little more out there than I'd usually share for this account. Who knows, maybe I might need another for posting a few stronger kinks? I'd need to be a lot more confident in my productivity before I think that'd be worthwhile and not just creating another space to gather dust. I also want to be more focussed on actually sticking to my promises and being able to produce some fics for close friends, to actually contribute to making the community a little more positive.

As for commissions? Well, those aren't stopping and I hope I can get even more self-indulgent. I wanna push Ardan and Sorcha into the path of a whole load more canon characters. Getting demolished under Carmelita Fox's butt, or stomped on by Diane Foxington, or squashed by Dingodile, or pinned down by Stella. I've got ideas, and I'm keen to share them!

Well, that's all wishful thinking for now. Until then, here's to the rest of 2024 and let's see what next year brings!
