I have been looking into some of the beliefs about some of the original 151 Pokemon and i think one of the most interesting is that when Clefable dies it becomes a Gengar

My favorite concept is that Ditto is just a rejected cloning attempt of mew when they were trying to make mewtwo.

Yeah because Mew and Ditto are both pink and their the only pokemon in the first 151 that can use Transform. They're probably the reason that Mewtwo doesn't have that ability.

Did you know that Ash's original starting Pokémon was meant to be a Clefairy? The creators decided to change it to a Pikachu because they deemed it 'more child friendly and appeals more to boys and girls'.

Well it could be explained if the evolved form of cubone (marowack, spelling?) was male only, because kangaskhans are female only because of the baby. But I guess it's to late for them to mass fix all that stuff now a days.

I thought that Gengar was Clefables' shadow, since they are both types which can't acctually hurt each other.
So, they are supposedly in an eternal struggle.

Really? 0.o I never knew that... about Clefable dying and becoming a Gengar... SO on the same logic would that mean Cleffa dying would be a Gastly and Clefairy a Haunter? Only one issue with that though, Cleffa wasnt in the original 151 set
