This is Jokara, TWC's Killer-jester catgirl. Why a jester? Well, apart from Mahoko's family of wizards and witches, another clan existed on the other side of the world. They were known as the Blood Tricksters, a clan of assassins who are born with a special ability to shapeshift. Nobody knows how they are born or created, but all they know is that they have the symbols of a Diamond, a Spade, and a Heart on their bodies. That was the sign of a true Blood Trickster. Jokara was born that way, she never knew her father, except all she knows is that her mother was one of them as well.

The Blood Tricksters kill off their enemies by disguising as one of them, using their spells, they can capture the disguise of a living being and bind it in a card. Using these cards known as "Jester Mirrors" they can shapeshift into the living being they have captured inside the card, in simpler terms, they can turn into an exact clone of you EXCEPT, the symbols of the Blood Tricksters still remain on their skin.

Jokara is a Heavy gunner because of her crazy weapons. In this pic is her revolver called the "Golden Jack", it is a golden revolver with 4 barrels. Besides that she has a rocket-firing chaingun and a full-auto blunderbuss-like shotgun that blasts plasma nails. And also that jester-stick she's holding has a few tricks too, that spear at the end can be fired and with a chain attached to its back, she can re-tract it easily.
Also she is deadly accurate with her Blade-cards. :)

Not everyone in TWC can take her jokes though, so she tends to get into fights with some of the girls with her fooling around. ^^;
Then again, being a jester she hates being bored..so better keep her entertained, eh?

Oh, and take note that one of her right eye is red and the other is blue.
