Woah. Late fees? I just give people more time because usually it's because of money issues that people have problems.

I only put those into effect recently; I understand things happen but I think I give my customers an adequate amount of time to save up since I usually notify all commissioners of their slots months before I actually begin work, on top of having a month to still save. I've just been pretty close to almost losing some peoples final payments and I figure better safe than sorry. If there's any kind of emergency though, I am always willing to work with the customer and find the best way for them to finish the payment process~!

Hi, it's me again xD, sorry about all the questions, I just have one more, does a more complicated design have any affect on the price for a head? My coyote fursona's design is pretty much symmetrical, except for her ears, one has a heart on it, and the other has stripes.

Complicated designs do affect the price, unfortunately~
The more complex marking, the more the head will cost. And while I am willing to do said complex marking, they will be more expensive~

Oh yeah, and she also has a tatoo under her eye similar to Faith's tatoo from Mirror's edge, (I don't know if you've played that game, but if you look up "faith mirror's edge" you can see it) I think that one might be a problem for you, I don't know how hard it is to make a fursuit. Xd
