The title is a bit difficult to explain. It's basically a pormanteau in which the pronunciation resembles the word "new recruit" in Japanese. I like to do this kind of word play (puns, in actuality) just for fun.

And "SIN NEW SHINE!?" is the newest book sold at Kansai Kemoket 3 held in Japan.

[Summary] Yashiro (dog) is a new recruit at a company, and he is definitely not afraid to let everyone know that he is gay. But his supervisor, Kagari (polar bear), feels uneasy working with him, especially when Yashiro keeps inadvertently hinting that he has a "thing" for Kagari. Will their relationship change?

The storyline takes on the format of a 4-frame comic, with an 8-page short manga at the end in which Yashiro and Kagari go to a local pool (and Yashiro again keeps pestering Kagari, sexually).
