So are you gonna just stop posting things here, like I see a lot of other people who make a Patreon account do? .-.
Not my plan at all, I will have some Patreon exclusive content, but I still plan to post on here regularly. After all where would I be without all my FA Peeps!?!
I unno. Some people seem to think they can just make everything exclusive because a few people are paying them to see what they'd normally be posting anyway.
I will never do that. I even have it listed in my goals how many pieces will be exclusive out of what I create monthly. Thanks for voicing your concerns. I thought that Patreon would be a good way to go in the long run since it enables me to have more time to create what I want versus having to take commissions to make a living. I really want to finish my personal comics and start developing animations of my work.
I know alot of artist either make it all exclusive, but a good plan to keep this active on FA and still get your moneys worth on patreon is to post w/e it is on Patreon first then (Depending on how there payment works on there patreon) then after a certain time start to release the images slowly over time to bring more people in. Just so it's fair and keeps everything pretty sable.
I've seen people who all they post is those "Wanna see the full thing? Become my backer on Patreon today." teaser images.
It makes me not want to follow them anymore because I see it as unfair to those who either can't or don't necessarily want to give them money to view their work.
